You will get to eat pizza, lasagna, crab cakes, enchiladas, burgers, pastas, buffalo chicken tenders, filet mignon, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. We have developed our menu with the understanding that if you don't want to eat your meals, you won't be successful.
With this meal plan, you will eat 4 times a day, approximately every four hours. This is important for you to maintain consistent blood sugar levels and to keep up your energy levels and to prevent your body from going into fat storage mode. All of our meals are nutritionally balanced with proteins, carbohydrates and fats so that your metabolism keeps moving and you don't feel hungry throughout the day.
