Our healthy meal plan menu features delicious meals that can be prepared to accommodate your specific diet and preference. To get started, please follow these simple instructions: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Read through the daily meal plan menu, and decide what you would like to order for the day. 3. Pick the items that you would like from the dropdowns next to the food items you want. Choosing from 1 to 4 of each item. 4. Click on the ingredients and uncheck the boxes of items that you would like kept out of your meal. If there is no checkbox next to the item it is an essential item for that dish. If that item cannot be taken out of the meal and you would prefer not to have that dish choose a different menu item. 5. Save your order for the day. 6. Verify that the calendar shows 4 meals ordered for the day.
