We use fresh ground turkey in our lasagna, with nutrient enriched pasta, low-fat cheese, and a made from scratch low sugar tomato sauce. It's so delicious, it frequently leaves people wondering how it could possibly be healthy. But the results speak for themselves!! (Maybe we should put some before and afters here)
