With this mealplan you will receive 4 meals a day, consisting of a breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. They will be made fresh daily and delivered in a refrigerated cooler bag the afternoon/evening the day before you are scheduled to eat them. These meals will be conveniently packaged in microwave safe, recyclable Tupperware containers. And can be eaten out of the container on the go or placed on a plate for a more formal dining experience. Now you don't even need to leave the house for fast food!
Our chefs have found ways to substitute healthy ingredients into the dishes you love while extracting the items you shouldn't have. We use fresh ground turkey in our lasagna, with nutrient enriched pasta, low-fat cheese, and a made from scratch low sugar tomato sauce. It's so delicious, it frequently leaves people wondering how it could possibly be healthy. But the results speak for themselves!
